I am planning to read several books from the early 1900s, probably beginning with The Glimpses of the Moon, Tarzan of the Apes and Cane.

I'm currently finishing Things Fall Apart, after which a quick dip back into Brave New World before embarking on Glimpses of the Moon. At least, that's the current plan!

Currently reading Uncle Tom's Cabin, a version with notes by Henry Louis Gates, Jr. Should take me the whole month. Then I tackle my first Gaskell: Cranford

I am currently reading Cat's Eye by Margaret Atwood, and have both Glimpses of the Moon and Claudine's House set aside for later in the month.

I am reading That they may face the rising sun by John McGahern, which is growing on me despite not much happening. Next up is Christ stopped at Eboli and Glimpses of the Moon
