Hostile Intent by Lynette Eason is the fourth book in the Danger Never Sleeps series and what an edge-of-your-seat addition! Ava was such a surprising heroine. She had many secrets and she also had many surprising skills to behold. I loved her! Caden really didn’t surprise me like Ava did but I did adore his respect for Ava. He did not try to go all alpha male nor did he try and hold Ava back. He was the perfect working partner for her.
The thriller and suspense elements in Hostile Intent were truly a wonderful example of both thrilling action and suspenseful villainy. The antagonist was creepy and a true psycho. I absolutely felt the pressure Ava and Caden were under to untangled all the clues to find the truth of who was behind the killings taking place. Overall, Hostile Intent was such a wild ride that had plenty of heart stopping moments to enjoy.
