If you have an author and a series touchstones in the same post, the Message preview shows them weirdly. For example:
Steve Hamilton: Alex McKnight
Shows up in Preview as: "Steve Hamilton: Steve Hamilton" (both links lead to the author page.
The first one is the author's touchstone (2 brackets), the second is the series (3 brackets).
Once you save it, it is correctly shown and both links work as expected. It is just the preview that seems to be confused.

My guess is that preview was forgotten when the series touchstone was created.

Testing this further:
1. If you list a series touchstone before an author touchstone, the series touchstones appear broken (unlinked, black text) in the preview but the author touchstones appear to work (linked, blue text).
2. If an author OR a work touchstone is in a post with a series touchstone, then the touchstone that immediately precludes the series touchtone will replace that series touchstone. For example, Tana French will replace Dublin Murder Squad in this preview: "In the Woods Tana French Dublin Murder Squad", but In The Woods will replace Dublin Murder Squad in this preview: "Tana French In The Woods Dublin Murder Squad"
*ETA: Not sure why one of the work touchstones is failing. Probably more Touchstone wonkiness.

And now I'm noticing that the work touchstone followed by the author touchstone breaks the work touchstone. The links were there in the preview.
