I took it out, as it certainly is not "the most general, common and accepted form of a work's title".
It is questionable whether this book should be attributed to Defoe. I put Captain Charles Johnson in as an other author, as the book was originally published as being by him.
The winning cover includes an editor, so it is very probable that there are different versions of the text mixed up in this work that ought to be separated.
