Not receiving books you won

So Im just wondering how often it is that people don't receive the books that they won? I have been a member here for several years and it has happened to me 3 times now. Such a shame. Its the one, great way I discover new authors I never read before.

Are these books ER or MG?
In either case, the first thing to do is check your ER member page to be sure you have the right address listed (This could be different from the info in your LT account. If it is an ebook, also check your spam folder.
If you don't receive an ER book, you can tell staff about it and they will try to get it for you. Sometimes a book is no longer being published and therefore can't be sent out. I think the publishers are usually pretty good about sending the books out, and when they don't it's usually a misunderstanding that can be cleared up.
It is much more likely that MG books aren't sent out. LT staff don't get involved. You can put a message on the member's profile, but there is no guarantee that they will ever look there and see it. Or do anything about it if they do.

If you post there when you do not receive a book in the allotted time, AbigailAdams26, the staff member who deals with this, will see it and check with the publisher.
