I will be reading Monsoon by Robert D. Kaplan, but I cannot get the covers to show up for me, not matter how many times Madeline and Anita try to walk me through it!

I was asking on the main thread about maps vs crime scene diagrams, but as it happens I've found a book with both! - the Dell 'mapback' re-release of Mary Roberts Rinehart's The Case Of Jennie Brice:
