I just finished Memento Mori and will start Blonde as soon as the library hold comes through and I'm hoping to get to The Diviners later this month as well.

I guess we all wanted to get an early start on this thick book as I am also reading Blonde right now and I hope to read The Stranger by Albert Camus later on in the month.

I am reading Three Men in a Boat which is on some version of the 1001 list (Danish?), after which I will be doing Blonde. I had no idea how hefty it was going to be, or I would not have started 3 men first.

I started the Gormenghast trilogy by Mervyn Peake (Titus Groan, Gormenghast, and Titus Alone). The third book is not on the list, but it makes sense to complete the trilogy. All three book are on the Mustich list, 1000 Books to Read Before You Die, which I might tackle after the 1001 list.

I have given up on Blonde and am instead reading Ferdydurke, a very strange book but at least it is (physically) lightweight. The introduction by Susan Sontag assures me that it is metaphysically heavyweight but I hope to be able to ignore that.
