Group Reads, December 2021 and January 2022: Nominations

Time to think about our group reads as we head into another year. Please nominate up to two books for the next two months, and second as many nominated books as you like. Nominations will close in about a week.

I'll propose North & South, if that's OK. I have it out the library, I've tried to read it before I just need a kick to pick it up.

I second North and South. And Nominate Christ stopped at Eboli by Carlo Levi, and Tyll by Daniel Kehlmann from the forthcoming edition of The List!

I'll also second North and South, I've had it sitting on my shelf for some time, it may take me more than one month to get through it, but this would give me the incentive to start.

I also have Tyll on my shelves so I will second that one as well.

I am not going to vote this month because I doubt i'll get much reading done in December. I will try to read whatever book is chosen for January.

Two books seconded so they will be our group reads for December and January respectively: North and South for December and Tyll for January.
