It might be a YA book but the cover has two girls, one has long blonde hair and the other has brown/reddish short hair

The chapters go from one girl to the other, one of them works at a grocery store and she meets a man and the other on moves into a new town, it might be somewhere in Texas, and she has a secret phone that’s under her bed in a little box, I think.
As the story goes on, the blonde girl, the one who works at the grocery store, begins to trust the man and his friend and ends up falling in love with the man while the other one hangs out with her new friends, one of her friend’s family owns a Mexican restaurant and one of them is pregnant, at the end, we find out that the blonde and brunette are the same girl and she had to have her and her mom’s identities changed because the man and his friend ended up being very dangerous. It then switches to her present self and she’s at some sort of party when the man shows up and tries to get her to go with him, I believe, because he was no longer apart of this dangerous group he was in, she ends up not going with him and staying with her mom and her new friends.
The man also had a koi fish tattoo and I believe the group he was in was called the Koi, he also tried giving the girl the same tattoo but the friend stopped him.
