this is a stretch. a picture type book i think the boy's name was timmy. he wore blue jeans with big rolled up cuffs on the bottom we weren't even permitted to wear jeans and i never saw anyone cuff their pants possibly wore a red shirt.
i cannot recall if you were allowed to draw the clock hands with crayons on the thick waxy page. i don't recall if he napped, but he did have a snack time @3oclock? i recall thinking that was odd. he ate cookies i think. may or may not have worn a striped conductor hat on one page while playing with a train. not the kind of book my parents usually bought; but we were traveling and i may have begged.
