Cataloging duplicate copies

Is there an easy way to catalog duplicate items? Or does each duplicate item have to be cataloged individually?

If each one is to be checked out, then each one needs to be entered individually.

What I do is to enter all copies separately, and change the title to "Book name" (copy 1), "Book name" (copy 2). When you run the "Duplicate Titles" list it will show you distinctly that you have 2 copies intentionally. I also do this with my large print books (LARGE PRINT), that I also have in regular print. It saves me from having to go check the shelf.
