My book for this challenge is Killing Dragons by Fergus Fleming, which I was supposed to read for May, but am not going to get to. It has multiple humans on the cover, so I hope it is OK.

Your show this image now with left pointing bracket img src="https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51GnQQBIVSL.jpg" right pointing bracket.
If you edit your message and add height="300" between img and src you set the height of the image:
left pointing bracket img height="300" src="https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51GnQQBIVSL.jpg" right pointing bracket
If you feel the preview shows it to small, or to large, you can take a heigher (like 400) or lower (like 250) number instead of 300.
I hope this helps.

Help. I forgot how to post book covers.
7FAMeulstee
>6 Citizenjoyce: You can find instructions at this wiki page: https://wiki.librarything.com/index.php/Basic_HTML_/_How_to_do_Fancy_Things_in_Y...
ETA: And maybe this helps, the last(?) time you posted a cover, with "edit" you can see what you did

So, how big does this person have to be?? *grin*
9FAMeulstee
>8 Chatterbox: Any size, as long as it is recognisable as human :-)

Oh goodie!!
The person is slightly bigger/more visible on the UK cover, but I really DON'T want to do battle with another link. I keep coming up with incredibly long web addresses that are not in the right format and life is just too short.

My classic reading for this month - OK, it worked yesterday. Why is it not working today? Amazon does not have the correct cover. I am having to pull it from here on LT.

>16 FAMeulstee: That is the one. Thanks, Anita! I guess I could have used one of the covers from Amazon that showed a person on it, but it would not have been one of "my" book.
18FAMeulstee
>17 alcottacre: I always use the LT covers, as most Dutch covers can't be found elsewhere.
And of course you want the cover of your book here!

The cover on LT had no people, fortunately, the cover of the library book does.

Kids in America: A Gen x Reckoning - Liz Prato
This is a new book about to be released. I received it from the publisher, SFWP (sfwp.com), just this week and started to read it right away. It's excellent.

With the reopening of my academic library, I was finally able to resume Barbara Neely's Blanche White series:
>1 FAMeulstee:
I had a false start on the Beck novels: after reading Roseanna I got #2 and #3 out of order and borrowed the wrong book, horrors! - and have not yet been back to swap them. :D

>26 lyzard: I hope you get the right one, as all were worthwile reads.
>1 FAMeulstee: Sadly it looks like Cop Killers isn't going to arrive in time. It has to come from a library outside my province, and is marked "on transport" since May 24th. Looks like someting went wrong on the way.
So instead I will read Outlaws by Javier Cercas

>30 FAMeulstee: So did I, Anita. Read it earlier in the month but I have just realised that it qualifies for that TIOLI challenge.
