June 2022: What are you reading?

Happy 96th birth anniversary to Norma Jeane Mortenson, immortalized in among other things, Blonde. What 1001 books are you reading and celebrating this month?

I've yet to finish Blonde.... and am also reading Obabakoak.

I am finishing Out of Africa which I started for the June group challenge. It's an interesting follow-up to Matigari, which I read for the May group challenge!

Next I will begin a few Dutch books (from the Dutch version of the list) because I will be in the Netherlands.

I have started Daughter of Fortune by Isabel Allende. I can tell already that I am going to love this book.

I am about 100 pages into Quo Vadis.
