Hello ladies! I'm planning a trip to Cavendish, Prince Edward Island, this summer. As you all know, our beloved "Anne of Green Gables" was published in 1908. I think that this trip would be a fantastic experience for any fan. I was too exited to keep this to myself! So.... Come with!

I'd love to go back to Cavendish - we went in 2006. Absolutely LOVED it. But, alas, I've moved to Virginia now (I was living in New Hampshire when we went, just a tad closer) and that's too much of a trip for us this year.

Of course I will come with! We will have the most wonderful time! What an absolutely amazing thing to be able to celebrate there as a 100th year anniversary!

I really wish I could go to PEI this year. I've been dying to plan a trip for a while now, and I desperately wanted to go this year, but it's just not in the stars for me.
In celebration, I'm reading what feels like a metric TON of LMM books, including all of the Anne books over the next two months or so. :) One hundred years, hurrah!

When I was a tween/early teen I *really* wanted to go to PEI. Recently I've been thinking again that it'd be really cool. I hope you have a fantastic time!

PEI is on my list of dream vacations, one that most people can't quite understand. Besides Anne of Green Gables though...Canada just looks so quaint and peaceful. I hope I can go one day.

I've been to Montreal, Quebec, and Niagara Falls, but never P.E.I. it's also on my list mihess. The University of P.E.I. has an L.M. Montgomery Institute, and they host a L.M. Montgomery Conference, I missed the deadline for this years so I'm hoping to attend the one next year!
