I’m having a terrible time researching Jo Browning-Wroe to see whether the page needs work before adding CK. Though the sources say Jo Browning Wroe’s book A Terrible Kindness is her debut novel, it’s possible she wrote the others or some of the others, as they aren’t novels.
Nothing I’ve googled shows her name hyphenated.

And I’m not happy that Libby does not have this title yet☹️

None of the other works look like novels, they all seem to be educational texts of various sorts. (Publishers are always happy to fudge this kind of thing; lots of people call Boy Meets Boy David Levithan's debut novel, overlooking things like his novelization of 10 Things I Hate About You and his Sixth Sense YA tie-in novels!)

It feels unlikely to me to have multiple writers with such a name, and she is old enough to have had a previous writing career. It would be nice to find an interview with her where she said something like "I used to write textbooks!"

Before this novel, your writing had been for educational publishing. Would you still want to work with that or are you shifting toward this kind of writing?

Well, I think this has always been my goal. I worked as an editor in educational publishing for 12 years and while trying to write this novel, I’ve been supporting myself by writing educational books. And that’s a really lovely thing. You start them and finish them in a few weeks, and teachers really like them, so I’m grateful I’ve got that aspect as well. But most of my heart is in the novel writing. I still have relationships with several educational publishers and I love writing collaboratively, so I won’t rule it out completely.

Yes, I had also found that history.

Just read A Terrible Kindness and it was such a good book. I had tears in my eyes at the end, and that just doesn't happen to me.
