Three by 45 minute episodes seems a tad abbreviated, but I'd like to hear it.

Forgot to say that the above time is British Summer Time (that is UTC+1). Look up your local time (difference) here: http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/

Oh, oh, oh. Not a moment to lose, and I lost two months looking at this site.... and the Beeb only keeps their plays on line for seven days afterwards.

Did anyone by any chance record it????

If someone's interested in this, I've got mp3s of it - someone else did me the favor before! They're rather large (40+ mb a piece for three files) but I can use a service like YouSendIt and post the link here.

They really are quite good - shorter to be sure and missing some most excellent episodes from the book, but the voices are cast wonderfully and it's a very good adaptation.

I know it's an old post, but if the offer's still open those sound like a great way to spend commuting time.

Hi there! How do you come along mates? I am from Colombia but I knew POB work in Canada in 2005, I would love to have access to the mp3...to grow my collection of Aubrey-Maturin series.
