Do you read Russian?

I received this fantastic book in the mail today as a gift! It appears to be a Russian Exhibition in France circa 1913, with the book being published in 1914. Can anyone tell me the actual name of the book is?

Do you need the translation of the header? I'm not sure of the modern equivalents, but it's approximately "The main department (head office?) of the (ministry?) of land management and agriculture". The old insititutions changed, so I'm not sure how those map to our terms.

ETA: well, I guess the publisher/editor/"author" is probably the entity in the header. Maybe it's shortest to call it "The ministry of land management and agriculture".

P.S. please post any pictures you like! I'll catch you tomorrow if not again tonight--and there's quite a few Russian-speakers around too.

I like to try to find rare books in WorldCat which can help find a library to import from. Here a search for keyword: "russian folk art", publication year: 1914. If one of these results can be identified as your book (several look promising) it might lead to an importing library. Of course I couldn't have done this search without LolaWalser's translation.

Just a note: if you're searching on possible translations (as opposed to searching on the original or a transliteration of the original), and looking for exact matches, do keep in mind that there's some possibility of variation in translation, and that's difficult to predict.

IIn this case, in Russian art/artistry has shades of craft/artisanship, it's just possible someone may have chosen "craft" instead of "art" in reference to this book.

And then the other possibilites--Russian popular art; Russian popular craft... craftworks...

I gave first the most "reasonable" and the best-sounding translation, but there's no telling what may be out there.
