Caroline - your memories of the sixties are wonderful. I have similar memories, being of similar age in the UK. I love the comment about the maxi dress!

>>2 kiwidoc: - I'm glad you found it interesting. On re-reading it there were some major holes, like the birth of both siblings, but I'll put that right. I think though I'm going to have to do 'the seventies' in episodes as aged 10-20 were such formative and various years!
