126, is the number I've read either as a child or with my own children.
And really, who would want to grow-up! Very over rated ;-)
ETA BookLizard are you going to list all the ones you've read so far or track the ones you read from now on?

I'm going to track going forward. I may eventually add the others to my LT library, but too busy right now.

I started this group and then haven't been keeping up with it.
I'm up to 112 books - not much progress, but I haven't really been trying either. Maybe this will be my goal for the summer - to work on reading some of the books on this list.

Time to dust off the old thread and see what I've been reading - even if I haven't been recording it here.
Read The Westing Game which was good. I probably would have loved it as a child if I hadn't been too afraid to read it.
The Amulet of Samarkand I listened to on audiobook. It was good, but I feel no need to continue with the series.

Also read Old Possum's Book of Practical Cats. I read a different edition though - the one that Edward Gorey illustrated. I don't see why that edition wouldn't be the one you had to read.
