Here is a thread to post the many different ways we can personalize our Nooks, from wallpapers and screensavers, to the cover you have on it.

I thought I'd start with one of my favorite places to browse: http://www.nook-look.com/
I have found many cool things on this site and they update fairly often with new images.

How do you personalize your Nook?

Flickr also seems to be the place for screensavers, check it out here: http://www.flickr.com/groups/nookwallpapers/pool/

thanks for the links. Right now I just have a picture of my kitten on my Nook. I did break down and bought a cover from B&N for $30. Not real fancy but it works.

I just ordered a cover from B&N for about $30.00. It's this one with the quote in black:

Not only did I like the quote, but it has my name (Marie) on it. :)

Which one did you get?

I got this one:

honestly I was a tiny bit disappointed because the picute makes it seem like the color is more cobalt blue (my favorite) rather than turquoise.

I like building some mosaics of author pictures, or pictures of book covers, which you can get here on Librarything. Go to the "More" tab on the upper right of your screen, then go to the "mosaics" links on the bottom left. If you have software like the "Snipping Tool" program in Windows, you can create .JPG files that make excellent Nook wallpaper.

5: Turquoise is my favorite color so I think it looks really cute. :)

6: I had never even thought of that before! What a great idea, thanks for the tip!
