I just joined this group (great idea, BTW!), and I have a suggestion. Perhaps it would be easier to list each book in a separate message with the title in the subject. Then it would be easy to scan through the offerings. Just a thought.
Also wondering... does anyone download free e-books from their public library? I am a librarian and we began offering e-books this year. I use the service, but I don't know how many others do. Does your library offer this service? Do you use it?

Welcome! That is a good suggestion. I created my own thread to list books I have to lend, but that works just as well.
Also to answer your question, my library has just begun to build up their collection of e-books and I love it. I also use their Overdrive audiobook system too. I think it's a great way to get books, and easy for those of us who work full time and can't always swing by. Many of my friends don't even know it exists, so I always try to spread the word.

I agree, each book requested or offered should have its own subject line. Easy to scan, and easy to delete the thread when the transaction is completed.
