Hi, my name is Diane. I'm homeschooling Brian, 12 and Katherine, 10, in New Mexico.

We loosely use Sonlight, but we're essentially unschoolers.

Hello, my name is Lorie. I have been homeschooling for about 15 years. I still homeschool my 14 year old about to be 15, my 13 yr. old and my 11 year old boys. I follow a Classical Curriculum approach.

I look forward to being a part of this group!

Lorie

Hiya! I go by Vix or Vixen (in real life or online) I have a current 3rd grade girl who is going into her 4th year of homeschooling. We change up curriculum depending on the subject and even then sometimes more then one. We have used cyber charter school but found it was not for us and now do traditional homeschooling.

My older DD is 25 and was home schooled for 1st grade and cyber-schooled for a year in high school.

Hi, I'm AA1986 and I...have no kids and therefore don't homeschool. I'm planning to homeschool when I do have kids, and like to find book/resource recommendations to grow my collection.

Hello,
I'm a mom of two teens and have homeschooled both since preschool.
We are here looking to find reviews of good books for teens for subject study, although I do list some in our own home library and what I'm reading and wish to read, too. I had come to the free listing limit n since hav'nt been here but on occasion...though I'd love to list every book in our library, I think it would take me yrs. So seems i have put off upgrading...have any of u had much success with your upgrades? I bet it would be easier as a new family just getting started! In the future we might consider a swap, sale, or even a free giveaway. Do you find this site good for those types activities as homeschoolers? Keep Up :)

Hello, I am a mom of two teens who are currently both in community college. We used Sonlight through third grade but John wouldn't change to Story of the World back then. So, I started using that as my spine and still used many of the readers and readers for Sonlight to go through history several times as suggested in the The Well-Educated Mind. (Now, John uses The Story of the World - not sure why he was so resistant when I suggested it).

Anyway, I am done, but I keep on finding many of you who overlap with my book library. So, I thought I would join even though I finished homeschooling in May of 2011.

I also taught American Literature, British Literature, and a Homeric Literature homeschool classes while my kids were in early high school.
