Well, the weather is nice, but we are still in school for a few more days. I'm OK with that, because I'm not completely ready for all my kids to be home at loose ends. I am busily working up a schedule for them. We'll see who wears out first...

An enjoyable mystery set in 1200something Constantinople. A big fat book, but a quick read. Full of intrigue, revenge, romance, and not a little bit cynical about the politics of the Roman Catholic church at the time.
