I just thought I'd throw this out there. It's a few of my newly found favorites that I didn't see in any of the recent posts I looked at.

Dead End Dating series by Kimberly Raye--I've only read the first two so far, however they are hilarious.

The Young Brothers series by Kathy Love-- I've read three and I have the fourth on hold; these also are full of wit and quite funny.

and the world being spun by Sherrilyn Kenyon about the Dark-hunter's. I am on book 15, Acheron and I can't stop reading it!

I just wanted everyone to know these amazingly awesome books were out there!

OH! Also if you're interested in YA reading the Evernight series by Claudia Gray, the House of Night series by P.C. and Kristin Cast and the Blue Bloods series by Melissa De La Cruz are also pretty awesome.

The Young Brothers series did start out strong, but the spin-offs have been mostly disappointing.

House of Night is really good, but now I like Vampire Academy better.

I'll have to add Dead End Dating to my TBR list. One of my friends didn't like Blue Bloods, so I never read it, but maybe I should try it for myself.

I haven't read Vampire Academy, but I've considered it a few times and then bought something else instead. Maybe I should check it out.

I enjoy the Blue Bloods, Although it was so long in between the third and fourth books it took me have the book to fully remember what they were talking about. And without remembering all of it the first half of the book was rather confusing.

Dead End Dating is great so far. It's not very often I laugh that hard while reading. However, I've only red the firt and second books. While it's on my mind though if you like funny The Queen Betsy series by MaryJanice Davidson is also good. Some of the books are better than others but it's an enjoyable series.

I haven't read Vampire Academy even though I recently bought it.
But high on my "To Read List" is The Young Brothers series by Kathy Love. Many people have told me that it is witty and humurous. So I am looking forward to Laughing Out Loud with the vampires.

I am half way through Night Fantasy by Sherrilyn Kenyon (Book 2:Dark Hunter Series). I liked Book 1, but not that much. Many posters have encouraged me to keep reading as Book 1 usually isn't the best work in a series. I can admit that Book 2 is much better already. So when I am done...I have a list of books to move on to...so I will decide then.

I haven't read book one myself. Julian is in alot of the books later in teh series, but since he's not actually a hunter I never got around to reading it.

Night Fantasy is getting good, but I will admit that Kresley Cole and JR Ward are really addicting. So far the Dark Hunter series hasn't proved to be a nail bitter.

Dark Hunter's grew on me. Acheron was by far my favourite, so far. It was a bit epic, compared to the size of the others, but was well worth it.

There is a new vampire series with a different kind of twist called Vampires Rule. You can read a sample chapter here:

Hi, I am Wilbur Ochiltree, a new author. I recently published 3 Kindle books on amazon.com. My first two books in my 'Cities are a World of Darkness' series are available now, 'Subtleties of the Blood Volume 1', and 'Bloody Intrigues Volume 2'. Subtleties of the Blood book promotion starts tomorrow the 13th. It will be listed as free so grab a copy, give it a read and let me know what you think. I will reply to all messages and emails. Please be patient as it may take me a little while. My 3rd book is not about vampires, but about psychological and supernatural horror. It consists of 19 flash fiction and short stories. 'Dark Mind Anthology Volume 1'. If you like horror in general, give it a read too. Thanks for taking the time to read this and I look forward to hearing from you.
