A small, friendly bookstore at the intersection of Hastings & Gilmore in Burnaby, with approximately 50,000 books. They specialize in Sci-fi/Fantasy, History, Biographies, Poetry, Classics, Spirituality (religion, metaphysics, etc.), Sciences, etc.

The staff are helpful. There is also a very friendly cat named Tigger who lives in the store, in a basket at the front counter. Tigger usually sleeps, but sometimes she'll wake up and look for attention.
update 2011: Tigger has since passed on.
