- Quite possibly the most perfect second hand bookshop in the world. It has it all: a great everyday selection; a whole room of rarities; and endless stuff from the last 200 years you never knew you needed (and probably don't). Absolutely perfect bookshop geography of lengthy shelf mazes that tower to the clouds and finish in deadends, and tunnels that take an age to walk only to pop up metres from where you started. How do they cram it all in the space? They just kept adding shelves over the years and demanded reality cope with it. Quite right too.
