Beschreibung:: Fairway Library is one of 19 locations in the Maricopa County Library District (MCLD). It is a 4,000 square foot facility that was a previously operated private library. It’s currently housed at the location Sun City's second-oldest recreation center. Fairway is fully-integrated into the Maricopa County Library District. The library serves the Sun City community as well as nearby neighboring communities.

Each year, MCLD holds more than 6,500 free events for all ages. We run a summer reading program for more than 75,000 people, and an annual "food for fines" program that accepts non-perishable foods for local pantries in lieu of collecting overdue fines. We seek to inspire curiosity, to encourage discovery and exploration, and to help residents re-engage with their community.
