- The Michael C. Weidemann LGBT Library at Gay City opened its doors in 2009 when Gay City Health inherited both the LGBT Resource and Referral phone line plus lending library from a local LGBT community center. Today the library provides information and services to the entire Seattle area, supplemented by a collection of more than 6,000 items that cover a wide range of LGBT topics.
