Of all the Dick-Grayson-as-Batman titles I've read thus far, this is my least favorite. Actually, it may not even be worth of the title favorite. ( )

Another Grayson as Batman TPB (although this takes place during the time period before Flashpoint and the reboot when Bruce was back too). There's also, Catwoman, the Riddler, and Two Face in it.

There are two main stories. The first one has a bad guy named Peacock looking for a super evil mask of some sort. There's also a Samurai guy who's been rejuvenated by the Lazarus pit. Then there's a story with Two Face, his former life, and a mob boss named Falcone. That one I really liked. I always like it when a writer writes Two Face with care and humanity, instead of as some psychotic mustache twirling evil guy.

The stuff with Catwoman and girl as well as the Riddler and his new sidekick Enigma were also interesting, but it was the Two Face story that really stood out.

I also loved the panel in the story where Batman and Batman (Dick and Bruce) were both in the cowl in profile and just by looking at the two of them you can tell which Batman is which guy. Not all of the DC artists can do that. ( )

Bruce Wayne has returned, but Dick Grayson and Damian are still Gotham's protectors, Batman and Robin. Damian seems to be growing nicely into his role after a rocky start. This is a complex storyline with a wide range of characters, including Two-Face, Riddler, Ra's al Ghul, Catwoman and others. I must have missed something somewhere; I'd thought Riddler had reformed and was now a detective. Here he seems to be a sort of amnesiac baddie, perhaps more brutal than I've seen him before. The main interest here for me is seeing how Dick and damian settle into their roles, with Dick performing admirably as Batman, but with a touch more humanity. ( )
