This is an older book, published in 1997. It is very basic and has meditations for each of the Elements, Sabbats, and a few select Dieties. There is not much else information in here, it focuses mainly on the meditation itself. I recorded myself reading the meditations on a voice app on my phone so that I can listen to them later. It's very hard to read something and meditate at the same time. If you are looking for something long and in-depth, then this is not the right book for you. Yasmine Galenorn does have quite a few books to choose from, though, so if you don't find what you're looking for with this one, I'm sure she has something on it in another book. ( )
