At my work (Pluralsight / Code School), I noticed this book was on the list of recommended reading for leadership. After reading it, I realized just how many of the core concepts of this book have found their way into our culture and behavior here. Some of the top takeaways to me that this one recommends include: know why your organization exists, have monthly 1-on-1's with everyone on your team or your top people will leave, have a solid leadership team, inspire vulnerability based trust, understand core values, have productive and targeted meetings. Lencioni's book is a must read for anyone in leadership within corporate or church settings. If you want to start toward a healthy organization in which people feel valued and there is clarity in communication then this is the book fo you. I have read a lot of buisness books over my 30 years in the buisness world and wish I would have had this earlier. keine Rezensionen | Rezension hinzufügen

At the same time the book is not very well written, the examples are simplicistic and many points are forced. In particular the book does not explain the very many unhealthy businesses that are also successful, or even address the types of organsisational health challenges that emerge as a business grows. ( )
