This is the story of an adorable pup named Jingle who does not have a home. He hangs out near Pineville Elementary School. Suddenly the boys and girls disappear; everyplace appears deserted. I read this book without Jingle, the stuffed Hallmark dog. We loved the story. The pictures were delightful. The children I read with have no idea this book goes with a toy. They just enjoyed the story as it is. I, however, do know about the stuffed dog and yes, I do want it. Sometimes it is hard to tell who is the child at my house. I recommend this cute holiday book to any child of any age, especially my age. (
