I absolutely loved this book! I wish I could give it more than five stars! Reading this book brought back so many childhood memories for me. This book is a mix of classic stories such as the three little pigs, red riding hood, humpty dumpty, and the three blind mice. In the book it is Mr. Wolf’s birthday and he thinks all his friends have forgot about him. Everyone he run into does not have time to stop and chat with him. He starts to become frustrated and little does he know there is a surprise that waits for him. All his friends are getting ready for his surprise birthday party they are giving Mr. Wolf. When he gets home, everyone is there, and he is surprised! They dance the night away and soon Mr. Wolf is sound asleep. I loved how all these classic books were brought together into one to make a story. This was a good read and something I would love to read to my children in my future class. I am curious to see if any of my students have heard or even read these books being that they were not made in their time. ( )

This book was awesome. It was like 3 books in one. One book would be time. they constantly asked the time. Another book would be the different Nursery stories. And the final book would be the routine that wolf had. You could teach different things from this book. Then the main reason for the book was a surprise party for Mr. Wolf. ( )

My favorite part of this book were the characters and pictures of them. All the characters are from other fairy tales, or nursery rhymes but it is the illustrators rendition of them. It is a cute book that incorporates time to certain actions in the day. The book did not go full circle though in dealing with time. ( )

This one makes reference to many different tales in which the wolf is the bad guy and totally turns it around and make you see things differently. I thought this was a very creative idea. ( )
