I like J. Kenner's books usually, but this one didn't grab me the way some of her others did. Damien Stark doesn't do it for me. I will probably give him another chance and read the other two books. ( )

I wish I had read this book BEFORE I read 50 S.O.G. I can't say I would have given it 5 Stars, but I know I would have enjoyed it more.
I did enjoy most of it. It is well written for the most part. I found NO editing problems. The erotica parts are well written. They are played out with an enormous amount steam and romance. I liked the main characters, Nikki and Damien, but I wanted to love them. That didn't happen. It came close, but there was to much redundant conversation in Nikki's head. It would have been much better if the narration of the story alternated between both Nikki and Damien. Also, the supporting characters are virtually non-existent. These two problems keep you from being completely absorbed into Nikki and Damien's world.
I did enjoy it enough that I added J. Kenner to my shelves and this series to my 'Series Following'. I would love to see what other books she has written and give them a try to.
Bottom line, if you like adult romance and steamy love scenes, then you will enjoy this. ( )
