I liked 3 of the 4 stories, especially Joyful Noise and the Christmas Ornament. Previously read 2 0f the 4 stories. Book is also available on Hoopla I think. ( )

I had previously read two of these stories. They were very good stories -- An Object of Charity and Make a Joyful Noise. The other two seemed new to me. I particularly liked The Christmas Ornament. That one seemed rather modern in that the heroine is an intellectual one not in an ahistorical way. The hero learns to appreciate her as she is and to truly love her. The other one, The Three Kings, was interesting but seemed a rather unlikely romance. ( )

It’s not really a Christmas if you don’t read or re-read Carla Kelly Christmas story, and in this book you get four!

This is a reissue, so pay attention because you might own it already, and in that case, dig it out and reread it. It’ll make you feel warm all over again…

All four blurbs are sufficient enough to give you a good hook to each story, so I’m skipping on summarizing them for you.

They are all lovely stories, with a few little quirks that make them stand out from the average Christmas romance fare. Unusually, three of them are told entirely from the male perspective--and what sweet, thoughtful men they are! ( )

This is a collection of four short novellas that are a romantic, entertaining and clean reads. I like the characters and wanted the stories to be longer.
These are good if you just want a good short Christmas story. All four stand alone.
They make you thankful for what we have and also how we can help each other this Christmas Season.
The characters are good and you want things to work out for them all.
The settings are Regency from England to Spain
