Loved this book! It had action, romance, and drama everything that makes a good book. I loved how we got both POV and it was well written from each side. We got an in depth look at both characters which gave me a chance to fall in love with them both. The only thing I hate about this book is there is a cliff hanger at the end and the 2nd book is not out yet! (

First, this could have been one book only and would have been better to me. I don't need a book to be perfect or mimic real life to enjoy it but, this had too many things I didn't care for. I thought Candice was the biggest slut/bitch EVER! If this girl was Rachel's BEST friend I would hate to meet her enemies. I can tell you if I was locked out of my apartment every time my roommate wanted a hook up I would have keys hidden everywhere outside! The second problem was Rachel was immature and a total door mat to everybody but Kash. She is in an unsafe situation and "freezes" up?? I can't see that since she is so mouthy and tough with Kash. Lastly, he saves her ass but she can't forgive him for not revealing what he does for a living when he could lose his job. UGH! I can't go on with this.....especially when it's too hard to believe this many bad things can happen to one girl in one lifetime. I will say I thought the writing was good. (

Oh my god, what I can say about this book. This was my first romance novel that I have ever picked up or read. It was absolutely amazing, I mean I couldn't put it down. I love the interaction between characters and how each page had you guess what was going to happen next.

The story line was a plot full of twists and turns, you couldn't quite figure it out till the end and that even through you for a loop. I mean the epilogue was like what, I need to know more but you had to wait to find out what was going to happen.

I was so happy that this was my first romance novel because it was a really excellent one. (

Forgiving Lies

The Characters

Logan Kash Ryan “Hendricks”: On all accounts, other than the big omission of him being an undercover cop, Logan is a great guy. Caring, funny, protective and loving.

Rachel Lynn Masters: Rachel is strong and independent and damn does she need to take some self defense classes.

Mason Gates, Candice Jenkins, Blake West

The Story

I loved this book. It made me laugh, cry, curse, want to throw it and never stop reading it. It is intense and drama filled and I ate up every second. Okay enough gushing let me try for a quick recap.

I tried to write a recap and it got unwieldy. So I’ll narrow it down to this was a beautiful love story with an impressive psycho and a freaking cliffhanger that makes me want to curse more.
