I wasn't sure how the author was going to address the fact that Catwoman is one of the most in the grey characters of the Bat-Family world, and I thought that Bright did it very well. The story starts with Catwoman wanting to steal some very shiny baubles from a certain bird, and it goes from there.
One thing that really surprised me was the ending. I thought I knew how it was going to end, after all, I'm an adult and this book is technically meant for kids, and yet I was happily surprised by the twist at the ending. I also liked seeing the illustrations as well, they were classic, and in some places where the narrative description wasn't totally understandable the pictures helped a lot. ( )
