This is a very subjective rating. Yes, the plot is patchy, the characters mostly flat or incomprehensible, and it seems a little juvenile. But I just liked it. I liked the feeling it conveyed and I very much appreciated the visuals (although this was my first graphic novel).

I don't think this story works without knowing the Danger Days album, the music videos and the story behind those. But the complete package is in my opinion a great work and actually benefits from not having all the blanks filled in. ( )

Great concept with incredible artwork that had so much potential but this just kind of fizzled by the end. ( )

Look alive, sunshine. One of the most famous group of rebels, nonconformists, and noise makers have left their legacy to be carried on by the younger generations. It is heartbreaking because it begins in death yet uplifting because of the continuation of a group of newer rebels fighting the same revolution those before had left behind. Personally I would have rather read the history of the original Killjoys yet I know that this comic was made for those who were left behind because there will always be death, disappointment, and grief in this life. I believe it is supposed to be a call to action. The war is not over. What Party Poison and his gang has left is hope and the message that there are others out there fighting the same fight and it is time to make some noise. ( )

Have you ever wondered what happened to the little girl in the MCR video? Now you can find out what happened to her and everyone else. This is a great follow-up to MCR's (Gerard's) vision and it's also a comic that stands on its own.

If you like MCR, the Fabulous Killjoys, or teenaged heroines in post-apocalyptic wastelands, this is for you.
