Positief:
de scènes bij de boekenwand: Dat het twee keer toepasbaar is, tegelljk jonge en volwassen Murphy (wat kan gebeuren gebeurt) *Stay!* toepasbaar op blijf hier papa en blijf hier Murphy. Terugkomen op aarde van wormgat via een formule die hij doorgeeft mbv morse op horloge met sec. wijzer.
Gespeeld met tijd, achter het wormgat verloopt de tijd langzamer dan op aarde -> dochter wordt ouder dan zijn moeder zou zijn geweest.
ontdekte plek op coördinaten komt uit bij hek, blijkt een keer niet vijandig te zijn , maar ze zijn geroepen.
Het reizen door space wordt niet allemaal getoond, komt ook omdat ze in afgesloten badkuip kunnen winterslapen.

Ethische dilemma's:
Ga je voor je eigen kinderen of voor de mensheid?
Als je bent verloren op een verre planeet en er is daar geen toekomst, laat je dan het ruimteschip jou oppikken of laat je het geen tijd verspillen?
Ontneem je als prof je leerling/dochter van astronaut de hoop door jouw gevonden waarheid te vertellen?

grapje:Cooper: ik zet humor op 70% van een robot :Robot: 'we gaan dood(maar dan indirecter' gezegd),Cooper: ik zet 'm toch maar wat lager.
Robots originele vorm, schakelende blokken of in asterisk.
Idee over 5e en 6e dimensie. ( )

The plot is perhaps not quite as clever or surprising as it seems to think it is, but it is clever enough, and even if it wasn't, the very heartfelt family story at its core is to my mind strong enough to carry the film all on its own. Not one of Nolan's best, but still better than most science fiction blockbusters of its attempted ilk. ( )

Nolan is one of my favorite directors, but this was just a terrible movie. Sappy characters being the most prominent flaw. If you want a good realistic sci-fi film, check out Gravity instead. ( )

This is a "proper" science fiction film. It's very long but I mostly enjoyed it with a few caveats. The effects are incredible and I like that some were done the old fashioned way. But the sound is erratic - the bangs and crashes far too loud and the speech often hard to hear. McConaughey is the main guilty party here - he always mumbles and it's very bad on this film. Anne Hathaway also guilty of this but not so badly.
But I liked it for its science base though it does have some whopper plot conveniences. I really liked its portrayal of relativity. I don't think I'd watch it again but am glad I watched it once. ( )

In many ways an amazing movie but also an amazing fumble.
I think this movie could have been an classic but the "love conquer all" mechanic ruined that.
I still enjoyed the movie alot. ( )
