Book #1 is titled "Peak"

Just read PEAK with my 5th graders and it was amazing. The Edge is a great sequel. It is definitely a bit unrealistic in parts, but it's for kids and it's suppose to get them loving reading. And this is definitely does. The action and suspense are non-stop. And I loved how Roland Smith wove in lots of facts throughout that did not seem like boring facts:) He certainly knows how to entertain and keep kids' attention while teaching them something along the way. Just bought his newest ones, Beneath and Above. Hope they are as great as these two:) ( )
