An adventure for Chewie!

Like a do-gooder gunslinger passing through town, Chewbacca crashes on a remote planet where bad guys are enslaving the people in a mine - intending to sell out to the Empire. But Chewie's unexpected arrival, and a plucky kid work together to set things right.

A nice one-off Chewie solo adventure, notable for Chewie getting no deciphered dialog. At one point an Imperial droid is brought in to translate, but that never happens. ( )

A fun little one off series about Chewbacca right after Episode IV. Some fun humor from Chewbacca's point of view. All of Chewbacca's lines are in classic Wookie "whaaargghha" and "Hraaggh". Chewie is stuck on a planet and helps out some slaves with the help of his pint sized tomboy slave sidekick, Zarro. The art is pretty creative with some interesting Chewbacca full page spreads. Ever wondered what Chewbacca would look like chilling in a field of pink flowers? This comic is for you. I also really like the main villain and his #1 henchman. They do not underestimate wookies. Too bad that doesn't really help them though. ( )
