Warren does a great job at delivering a exciting story in Devil's Bargain. Lilli is a great leading character because she is strong, smart, able to take care of herself, and is unwilling to back down when the situation calls for it. Despite being a short story, Warren does a great job at developing her leading character and making the reader root for her to outsmart the devil somehow. The story builds up the suspense as Lilli's seemingly simple mission turns into so much more. Throw in some romance and sexual tension, and Warren delivers a great story that keeps the reader's attention from beginning to end. Overall Devil's Bargain was an enjoyable read that I would recommend to fans of paranormal romance.
