They just cannot seem to get a break. Making some new friends, encountering old and new enemies... and with the ending... cannot wait for Alone. ( ) Alight continues the story of Em, Bishop, O'Malley & co from Alive quickly picking up where the first book left off and expanding the adventure further. I found this book better than the first with more wonder, action & characters behaving with devious motives. Would highly recommend continuing the trilogy if you've read Alive. This book was even more exciting than the 1st book. This book starts up exactly where the first one left off. They have landed on Omeyocan and Em must decide what to do next for the survival of her crew. There is some rivalry for leadership of their group and though food supplies are short Aramovsky opens up an additional husks that are discovered in the lower levels which puts their survival rate at critical. While hunting for food Em and the others discover they are not alone. Will they befriend this alien-like creatures or do what Aramovsky says the gods want,....war. keine Rezensionen | Rezension hinzufügen
