The Bottom Line: This tiny tale of big adventure is a winner. Lawrence's detailed engravings are stunning and engaging. Little ones will have as much fun looking at the illustrations as they will listening to the story. The large print makes it easy to read for beginning readers. Highly recommended for children in grades Pre-K – 1 and for storytime.

This is a cute story about a tiny mouse, Tiny who goes on an adventure through the field with his big sister. They meet and see a lot of interesting things along the way. I would suggest this for a 1-3 grade audience since it is a little lengthy. ( )

Just a little too long for a preschool storytime but, delightful for an at home read aloud. The big and bold wood engravings are gorgeous. A tiny mouse, Tiny, goes on a big adventure with his big sister. Not to be missed.

A sweet story about mice going on an adventure. It could be an addition to a living things unit, ecosystems unit, or families unit.

I love the illustrations for this book. Tiny goes adventuring for the first time and discovers a ton of new things, a simple adventure story. Lovely. ( )
