Suspense This book is about four high schoolers who became suspects in one viral photo going around. The four kids were all expelled and chose to get together and figure out who posted the picture that ruined the football captain’s career. The book shows Theo’s dedication to getting himself out of trouble and back in school. Throughout the book, you see him try to figure out if people had any motives to get Parker in trouble. It also shows the high schoolers getting over their differences to figure out who posted the picture. I would say this book is very intriguing. Theo was trying to figure out who posted the viral photo he was blamed for posting off an anonymous Twitter account. Theo tried to get people to confess on camera to get him back into school. Throughout the book, you see Theo’s attempts to find out who posted the picture to get him out of trouble. There were also lots of plot twists, which made the book more intriguing overall. I think the theme of this book is to trust no one. In the book, you see four characters, Theo, Jude, Sasha, and Parker, get expelled for a picture of a football player drinking going around. The four start hanging out together to figure out who posted the photo. Theo isn’t sure that his best friend, who also got expelled, isn’t the reason he got expelled, why Parker would drink openly, and if Sasha is as innocent as she seems to be. I recommended this book because it is very well written and detailed, but the book seemed to be dragged out and long, which made it seem to take longer to read than it truly was. So, if you like suspense and slow development in a book, Expelled is the one for you. Very quick teen read about 4 kids getting expelled from high school. Several of them claim innocence, but are they? This is a quirky, but also sad, tale of what happens when people are put into a situation where things aren't going well - and how they take matters into their own hands. I liked the references to The Breakfast Club, and also the characters in the book. They were a misfit group, and it was fun to see how they interacted with each other, and the outcome of their situation. #Expelled #JamesPatterson keine Rezensionen | Rezension hinzufügen
