There are not many people around today who lived through the communal carnage , large swathes massacred in the Hindu Muslim sectarian clashes , Khushwant Singh was one of them who migrated now Pakistan to a secular modern state or so he though ; and yet again India (perhaps un surprisingly) finds itself shrouded under dark ominous clouds of communal fascist ideologies once again .
