This shares 2 of the many worldly travels of Gulliver. First to Lilliput, the land of the little people, and the one to Brobdingnag, the land of the giants.

This is not my favorite story, but my 4th grade class really enjoys it. They enjoy the adventure and odd situations that Gulliver gets into. ( )

From back cover:

I could not believe my eyes! There stood a little man about six inches high!

From Foreward: This book selects the first tow of Gulliver's Travels, the one to Lilliput, the land of the little people, and the one to Brodingnag, the land of the giants, becaue these are teh most well-knownan dthe most interesting. But it is hoped that the reader will find these stories so interesting that he will go to the whole volume of Travels and read the rest of the stories. --E.W. Dolch ( )
