Summary:
Trouble at the Dinosaur Cafe is about a bunch of dinosaurs hanging out and eating at a cafe, then the big tyrannosaurus came barging in making a huge mess and complaining that he needed meat to eat, not just vegetables. He was being really mean to all the other dinosaurs because he was really hungry. He even told them that he was going to make dinosaur stew and put them into it so he could eat. The other dinosaurs called for help and the triceratops came in and fought with the tyrannosaurus. All the dinosaurs knocked him down and tickled him till he couldn't take it anymore. The dinosaurs told him that if he was mean again that they would tickle him again, so the tyrannosaurus left and they all cheered.

Personal Reaction:
I thought the book was really cute. The illustrations were really good and I think the kids would really love them. I also think that they would love the fact that the book is about dinosaurs and they are acting like people and just eating in a cafe.

Classroom Extensions:
1. You could talk about bullies and how they can be mean, but it's just a front that they put up.
2. You could talk about all the different dinosaurs and which ones are the biggest and smallest.

Summary: This book is about a T-Rex going into a cafe, and bullying all the dinosaurs there because he wanted meat, and the cafe did not have any meat. The Triceratops came in and let the T-Rex know he was not allowed to say mean things. If he kept bullying other dinosaurs then the other dinosaurs would tickle him to death. So the T-Rex left and found somewhere else to get his meat.

Personal Reaction: I thought that this story was really cute. After reading this story it made me want to read it again because it was a fun read. I would highly recommend this book to anyone.

Classroom Extension: You could use this book as a fun read as the students are learning about dinosaurs. The teacher could have the students do an activity where they have to dig up dinosaur bones out of small buckets and then identify what kind of dinosaur it is.

Summary: Trouble comes to the dinosaur cafe when Tyrannosaurus came in wanting meat at a plant eaters cafe. The other dinosaurs struck back and chased Tyrannosaurus away.

Reflection: This was a really cute and funny book. I'm glad I read it.

Classroom Extension:
1. You can do different voices; a tough one for Tyrannosaurus
2. You can get the class to react like "Oh No!" or "What are they going to do?!"

In this fiction tale, at the beginning of the story you will notice the dinosaurs are sitting in chairs eating in a cafe. All of a sudden A T-Rex enters the cafe as the bully and he comes to spoil the day. First off this is fiction because if a hungry T-Rex is around plant eating dinosaurs he is going to attack them without hesitation. THe other dino's were using phones and communicating with each other. They all worked together to defeat the trrannosaurus rex. They tickled his feet in order to defeat him, when in all actuality the dino's would have either retreted from the t-rex or defended their own kind.
