My favorite of the series, probably because my house is full of dragon lovers. Oh, no! You have tickled Little Dragon's nose and her sneeze has caught the book on fire! Young readers must help her put out the fire using their imaginations and the directions in this funny book. The dragon is cute. The pictures are simple and to the point. I love it! This is a great book to read aloud and enjoy with little ones. British author/illustrator team Tom Fletcher and Greg Abbott, who previously collaborated on There's a Monster in Your Book, return with this second interactive picture-book. Discovering an egg on the first page, the reader/listener is given a series of warnings and instructions, leading to a fun storytime experience as the eponymous little dragon battles, together with her audience, to put out some flames... Like its predecessor, I found There's a Dragon in Your Book a sweet, engaging tale, one which pairs an involving, interactive text with bright, colorful illustrations. The dragon herself is adorable, and the use of various background shades on the different two-page spreads makes for an engaging visual experience. This style of book, in which the reader is required to participate in the storytelling process, seems to have become much more popular recently, perhaps with the advent of Hervé Tullet's work, and this is a fun addition to the genre. Recommended to anyone who is looking for interactive picture-books, or who read and enjoyed Fletcher and Abbott's first foray together. Zeige 5 von 5 keine Rezensionen | Rezension hinzufügen
