The artwork is nicely done and enhances the stories. Summary: This book is a compilation of many different Greek myths that are retold by Morley. Some stories include "Prometheus and Pandora", "The Story of Persephone" and "Daphne and Apollo". The stories generally consist of mythical creatures that take unhuman-like characteristics. Critique: Genre: This is a good example of a book of myths because it includes the influence on gods on otherwise natural forces,( ie love), and it is also true to the past culture of Greece and has been passed down through history. Setting: The setting of the stories take place in Greece because that is where these myths first originated, that places a huge role in better understanding the culture behind everything. Also, the illustrations help to paint a better picture in the readers' minds of what the setting may look like. Media: Ink Pen and Watercolor Zeige 2 von 2 keine Rezensionen | Rezension hinzufügen
